Can I request samples for my school project?

We only work B2B, so we only send samples to, for example, project developers, interior designers or architects. Nevertheless, we would like to help students. Students can visit our showroom to bring different samples for their school project free of charge.

What is the delivery time for an order?

Your package will be delivered to your home within 2-3 business days.

Do you also have prices?

We cannot simply inform you about prices. For this we can refer you to the nearest showroom in your area. Here you can contact us about the price and delivery time.

What are the advantages of rectified tiles?

Rectified tiles have tight, straight and custom-cut edges and corners. The tiles are sawn again after the firing process and are therefore dimensionally stable. Tiles with straight-cut sides can be placed more tightly and therefore require a minimal joint.

Which tiles are suitable for outdoor applications, such as terraces and swimming pools?

Outdoor tiles are thicker than indoor tiles. This is because an outdoor tile has more to endure. In our range we have outdoor tiles with a thickness of 2 cm.

Do you also deliver tiles?

We do not have any stocks in our warehouse, only samples from our collections. If you are satisfied with the samples and would like to order them, we can refer you to the nearest showroom.

Are the samples sent free of charge?

We will reimburse the shipping costs for you.

My samples were broken during shipment, what now?

If a sample arrived broken at your address, please contact us so that we can arrange a new sample for you.

Can the tiles also be viewed in a showroom?

We do not have everything in our showroom that is on our website, but we have prepared many different designs in our architect showroom. Feel free to contact us if you want to come by.

Are all tiles in stock?

We have samples of all collections, but not large numbers in stock. If you want to order tiles for a project, we can refer you to the nearest location for you in the Netherlands.
